Healthy eating
This is one way of healthy eating. Don't eat too much sweets and chocolates. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Do not overeat and you should eat at least two servings of vegetables and fruits a day. Do not eat so much meat and you should eat more fruits because they are healthy sugar. Do not take too much chips and snacks and if you take too much unhealthy food, you will get diabetes. I think healthy eating is good for your body.
